      I too feel scammed. Took them up on trial order. Supposedly received a terms of agreement (went to trash email) with phone #. Repeatedly RETURNED TO SENDER wh/ was termed non-valid return. Monthly pkg had no phone #. Monthly bill had 3 different companies always charging 99.82 +99.89 from 3 DIFF COMPANIES: ManseyLifestyle, AAGONLINE, Getrr Products w/ 3 diff phone #s. I must get the cake for being the most stupid. IT WENT ON FOR 11 MONTHS UNDETECTED! When the company was confronted today, I was offered a $40 refund only from Gettrr; then I was offered a 3 month refund from Mansey customer service. Was on the phone for over one hour discussing and explaining that I feel ripped off and scammed. Supervisor was no help.Told me it is all my fault. Sure sounds like a scammy operation. All told, I lost about $1100 - all because of my carelessness in checking credit card bills and this terrible company wh/ received my returns but considered it a non-valid return, ie, I didn't call them directly. ZERO STARS!!! Tried to explain that my wife is mentally impaired, we live on a fixed income, we are elderly and that this loss of funds will be very damaging to us and our lives for years to come. It seemed that everything that I said fell on deaf ears and that these customer service reps are to told to deny, deny, deny. They "got us" because of the fine print that we cannot find and that we may never have really received; I cannot retrieve it from an always deleting 'junk email' file. If it would help, I would report them to the BBB, but apparently they are not members; gee, I wonder why CHEYENNE VALLEY OIL has an "F" BBB Rating and Accreditation? Having said all of this, a Ms L****, one of the 2 customer service reps that I did speak to for close to an hour was quite gracious, showed some empathy and tried to help as much as she could. However, as soon as I was turned over to a supervisor, some of what Ms L**** had offered as a refund was taken away.Again, not nice at all

      Hello ****,

      We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We have an abundance of customers who understand the terms of our trial upon enrolling and see great benefits from using our products. We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 17 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within a trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases, our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.

      Your trial started when you placed the order last 02/17/2021 and ended on 03/06/2021 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.

      We have canceled your account on 01/29/2022 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $708.94 on 01/29/2022 and issued an additional refund of $99.82 today and you will receive it via E-Check. Please check your email (********************) within 7-10 business days.

      Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

      Not an easy company to find once you ordered. I did not sign up for auto shipment. I was just trying a sample which I paid the shipping and handling for. Then I just started receiving charges for $99.89 for two months in a row. No information on how to cancel; especially for something I didn't even sign up for. Customer Service not helpful at all. Will not refund my $ which I have now spend $224.55. I find this to be very fraudulent and am embarrassed that I was able to be taken care of; I'm sure this has happened to many others as well. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company.
