Dec. 30, 2021, I took a survey and supposedly earned free Apple Airbuds if I only pay shipping. I received mock-up airbuds and was charged $109.88 for a software subscription I did not want. When I called, around Jan. 1, 2022, they tried to only give a partial refund but I said no. They gave me an ************** to return the airbuds. They said it would take a few weeks to refund me and I sent the airbuds to them. Per USPS tracking, they received my return 1/7/22. About 1/17/22, I disputed the charge on my credit card and they sided somehow with the company. I called the company back, and they said since I didn't trust them and wait a full 3 weeks after the item was returned, they would not give me a refund or return the item back to me. I may have disputed too soon with my credit card company, but I felt it was a scam because the Airbuds weren't even the Apple product they said they would be. I would appreciate a refund.
