I was placing an order with the company Keto **************cut Enhanced Weight Management while placing the order the ********** Require you to enter your personal information, Name, address and credit/debit information before you get the total cost of items ordered. Without the chance of canceling the order. It led you to believing it was one price but changing it to another. The order I believed I was only paying $39.00 by ordering three bottles and getting three bottles free. So the order price should have been a little over $119.00. Instead you were charged $79.00 each three bottles with three free the total price of $239.00. I tried canceling the within minutes of placing the order. I was told it could not be cancelled bc it had shipped. I told her on the order it would take 2 to 3 business days before it would ship. I told them there was no reason why they couldnt cancel the order. They refused. They told me they could reimburse me only $50.00 after taking the $239.00 from my accountInitial Complaint

Every 3 months we are receiving Keto+ ACV Gummies for the cost of $198.78. We have attempted to find ways to cancel the subscription but to no avail. The number that shows up on the bank statement goes nowhere. A ****** search provides no useful information to locate a link to the company to either CANCEL online or via phone call. There is literally no way to cancel this subscription from coming. We have so much we can open a store on our own. BOOSTKPRO should be banned from selling as once you order the trial, you are essentially stuck in a lifetime endless supply that won't stop nor stop charging the credit card. I would like my order to be stopped and no other charges to be posted from this company.Initial Complaint

Unable to contact seller by phone, email or website to cancel my monthly recurring purchase. The phone number is incorrect at ************.My last option is to cancel my 5/3 debit card so no additional recurring purchases can occur. And to hopefully receive a credit of this month's purchase if I **** the package "return to sender."I tried to contact the seller after last month's recurring purchase arrived with no luck so the December recurring purchase could be stopped. And, unfortunately I did not also cancel my 5/3 debit card in enough time either. Contacting my bank now - looking for a refund of 2-months charges.Appreciate your help, thank you.
