Had trouble ordering product on web site. Disconnected from web site thinking that would cancel the order & product I wanted showed up as well as 2 other products I didn't want, on Jan 28 and charged me $29.97 twice. I called immediately and told them about it and asked if this is going to be a monthly charge and was told No by the agent, because I didn't want to get anymore until I see if this works. That it was a onetime order. On Feb 8, I checked my credit card account and saw I was charged $105.96. Told them I didn't order this or nor want it. that we had canceled future orders on Jan 28. That I want a refund. Told them again to cancel it & they gave me a cancelation # but couldn't do anything about the charge on Feb 7. Told them when it came, I would send it back for a full refund & was told I could send it back, but they didn't give refunds. Filled a dispute with the Credit Card Company and am waiting for results.Initial Complaint

Received products I have not ordered. I need help to stop receiving items plus I do not want to pay for any more. Some how they got my credit card number. I rarely use this card and wonder how they got this card number. This is some kind of fraud. This started when I ordered a perfume from Amazon, using my Amazon credit card, different credit card than the card they are charging their items to. This must be illegal, how did they get my credit card number? I have never ordered anything from this company.Business response

THIS IS A SCAM, I originally was told that my card was declined, then several weeks later I received the product in the mail, four separate jars. When my card was declined, I was only supposed to pay $8.95 for shipping and handling for the first jar - since my order was declined, I assumed that was the end of it. I waited on hold for about an hour, then was disconnected when I asked to speak with a supervisor. Before I was disconnected they told me that since I was past my trial period, I would be refunded 50% of what they had sent, and I said, no, I need to speak with a supervisor, I never received my trial jar to begin with, so there was no trial period. It's not my card, it's my boyfriend's card (he knew I was ordering it, though), so I don't know exactly how much they took, but I'll be telling my boyfriend when he gets home from work to call his bank and report it as an unauthorized transaction, and then I'll have the dates of the original transaction (was several weeks ago). I've contacted them on two different numbers, it's always the same woman who answers and identifies herself as "Ethyl", gives some agent number, and ever since the first phone call where she disconnected with me, she gives her same name and agent number, then hangs up on me. The numbers I called were (844) 716 - 1611 and (866) 881 - 5054, the same woman answers every time, but only after I've been on hold for at least 7 minutes from the beginning of the phone call. She must recognize my number, because she sounded extremely exasperated the last time she answered, and promptly hung up on me. I then went to this website https://www.consumerhealthdigest.com/wrinkle-cream-reviews/radiant-brilliance.html#wait_approval and encountered several unfavorable reviews (I submitted one myself) stating that this was a scam and not to order from Radiant Brilliance. I tried to include one here, but there's not enough room.
