My experience with Farah Farah is less than a one star. They spent four years having me go through their preferred physical therapy provider telling me they would negotiate the bills down at the end. I had a meeting with one of the senior attorneys and the attorney that was handling my case and was told at the table that he knew the Person who owned the physical therapy company and he could get the bills waived and of course when I got my statement for the settlement there was over $4000 in unpaid bills to that provider. They also hired an expert that I never met but was paid a $5000 retainer to be an expert witness when I asked why they wouldve hired him prior to going to litigation. They said the insurance company Allstate wouldnt have settled with them if they didnt see that we had that expert witness. My comment was oh I thought they would settle with you because your fair and Farah Over the experience was very disappointing. They also told me that Allstate usually settles at 80% so my question is why would they spend that money on the expert witness knowing that with the amount of coverage I had my settlement was gonna be so low to be clear I have permanent injuries That are cervical injuries and I suffer with pain daily. At the beginning of the case, I asked them if we could go after the teenagers father who owned the car because he had public records showing he owned properties throughout Duval County and was told that it wouldnt be worth it to them to go after the kids parents again very disappointing if I needed to go after them myself, I wish they wouldve told me that I felt like a number and not a client
