HOA refused to accept my call and email. I've had an issue since August, and I called the headquarters. I left a message for Justin and Maria M. No one called me back or emailed me back. How does one get out of this HOA company? They have the worst customer service. I live in Pine Lakes Community 2 in Jacksonville. My HOA went up, yet they do nothing with the increased funds. I wish I could rank them zero stars

I live in the summerwoods community in Parrish and This company is a joke poor communication the areas they are supposed to be taking care of are awful. We have trash building in the plants around mail box’s piles of dirt building in the temporary parking areas for mail unfinished sidewalk section A speed limit sign that has been knocked over for months now Dead landscapes and the pool area is the worst part and he pool either has so much chlorine in it damages clothing and burns your eyes just standing up in the water or has no chlorine and algae growing on the walls and steps water smells like a stagnant pond The security here is a joke if you need to find them just go to the community area and find them seat laid back under the oak trees We have had kids/young adults roaming the streets at night checking for open vehicles and looking around people houses at night you security shows up 2 hours before shift while you are trying to spend time with your family at the pool area and keeps trying to have a conversation with your family clearly trying to keep to our selfs. would expect more for $90k a year security This company is out for them selfs and nothing more keep collecting money and nothing in return

****** was awful to deal with. We were charged multiple late fees and weren't able to login to our account. They also had our contact information wrong so we weren't even getting notices. Do not use this company for any of your needs.

This company refunded my March payment because apparently they changed banks in the beginning of the year! I called them to ask why I was refunded the money and was told by ***** that I was sending it to the wrong bank. I asked her why didn't they alert(remind) me of the change as a courtesy and she replied,"they accepted my Jan/Feb payments without charging me a late fee!" Anyway I am being charged a late fee on March returned payment because it went to the wrong bank but they knew it was meant for Rizzeta! I am still efforting trying to make this payment because it's ludicrous trying to reach someone there! Shameless!

As a CDD board member there is poor communication with members. Are there other competitive management companies in the Southwest Florida area with good management practices

Terrible service. You ask a direct question and get a half answer with no explanation. They are not up to par with FL. Statutes. If I had any advise to give. Know your state Statutes as many have been amended regarding HOA law and home owner rights. I'm not sure this out fit even knows what the state laws are. Be careful tread with ??.

SUMMERWOODS COMMUNITY, PARRISH, FL I get notices for having visitors at my house (ONE VEHICLE) during the middle of the day. Someone takes a picture of the car and sends it to the HOA who sends me a violation. We dont have visitor parking and arent allowed to park at the amenities parking unless we are using them. So it seems as a condition of living in this HOA ran by Rizzetta, you cant have any visitors if your driveway is full even though the cars block no traffic down the road. They dont respond on their portal whatsoever unless they are collecting money. This is an absolute Trash company. DO NOT BUY IN A COMMUNITY IF RIZZETTA IS RUNNING THE HOA

Bunch of criminals false violations.. Talking about me blocking my sidewalk but I owned 4 vehicles the sidewalk once through the middle of my driveway... At the same time no common area to park for visitors and there's and they try to give me violations for parking in the street overnight. Also will not respond to emails or phone calls trying to resolve the situation and see what the heck they want me to do about me parking at my own home.. Literally the worst bunch of crooks I've ever seen

The harassment here in Harrison Ranch is sad and absurd! I can't even begin to tell you the where to begin! I wish this company could be held responsible for the actions of harassment

Falsely sent me to collections on HOA fees 4 months after they were already paid. Sent me violation notices for an un-maintained mailbox even though the mailbox had just been replaced and post repainted. The photo attached to the violation was of the new mailbox and newly pai ted post. Clearly cash grabbing at tax paying home owners.
