We are really not happy with the job that was done. We specifically asked for the technicians not to attach the wire mesh to the outside of the siding on the house. We asked to see an example of what it would look like and we approved the job on the basis of what they showed **. the mesh was to be attached to the stones and underneath the siding. However, in several places they attached the wire mesh to the outside of the siding, which was explicitly what we asked them not to do. Please see photos attached. In some places, the mesh is not attached to the siding (which is what we asked for and approved) and in some places it is clearly attached to the side. You can see that the siding has broken in some places, which is why we asked them not to drill into the siding. If it was not possible to attach the wire mesh another way, they should have told ** before drilling into the siding against our explicit request. I would like them to adjust the invoice. One photo shows the method we approved, and others show what they actually did. The company, Critter Control of Greater Tampa, came out on 4/26/2022 in response to my request to locate and remove a decomposing animal from the attic. Their website stated " We provide animal removal, animal damage repair, attic clean-out,...". "Our technicians will trap and remove both live and dead wildlife." This was not done. A trap was installed days later but as of 5/15 it has not been removed and the opening has not been sealed. We were charged $624.90. I emailed company and sought feedback on the unsatisfactory service but was never contacted. We are seeking a full refund. Animal has since decomposed and is no longer the source of a vile smell.
