Employees are completely disrespectful at the ************** BPL. *** complained about this several times but no changes have ever been made. Last week I went to donate plasma and an incredibly rude nurse gets in my face and blocks the entrance not letting me though. She then makes a face and mockingly mimes for me to take out my headphones; I didnt even have headphones. She then yells I said 6, whats so hard for you people to understand!? I then say Im not waiting in line, Im here to see the nurse. She then has some other snarky retort and we get into an argument and I go to *****************. For this I was banned from donating, but this nurse gets to keep her job. Its unreal how disrespectful this place is and nothing is ever done about it. Its all about their power trips, not the donors, not the patients who need the plasma. Its disgustingInitial Complaint

Date of issue and time is today November 15th at 2:00 p.m. I have not been able to get BPL plasma employee staff management and supervisors to commit to resolving the issue with multiple sticks by a needle in my arm my skin has been damaged I now have to go to my doctor to see what can be done about restoring my skin and hoping that my vein has not been damaged or any vessels they have not tried to resolve any issue they told me that they will call me and let me know when I can come back in I do not want to come back to this place I will not be coming back to this business this business has had multiple complaints of people being stuck the wrong way because they do not have professional trained nurses or employees to do such medical physical medical work on others I feel as my time has been wasted and the money which is $100 should be refunded to me or I should be compensated because I left without money and without any issue being resolved I was told to wait and that data can't do nothing about it that they are willing to defer me it is not my fault I have small veins and that their employee was new to the company and business so she did not know what she was doing before I had to request a experienced staff member and still the second person could not get the job done right then come management and supervisor telling me that they can't do anything about it and that I won't be receiving any money I am highly upset and disappointed I feel like I have been deceived used in a abused and no one cares this has continuously happened at this specific location I've seen people come out crying mad arguing with the style people with blood dripping down their arms because of staff do not know how to medically wrap up a arm with a medical kit or first aid kit something must be done about this before someone truly get hurt by a needle or die because of lack of attention lack of supervision and lack of training and professionalism I would like for the better Business to help meInitial Complaint

After taking a blood sample on 08/05/2022 now It's been going on close to a month and my lab results has not came back which is prohibiting me from donating. Please explain what is going on and why is it taking this longer ? Preventing to not work because I need the extra cash for transportation to go to work . It's causing me great pain my heart because I can't provide for my family like I am required. Not only that , these guys won't even hire me when after I told all the supervisors and workers that I have experience. It's so disappointing and I need a answersInitial Complaint

BPL did not provide me health services, although they are peripherally in the health care business. I went there because I was interested in plasma donation. Nowhere in their literature or advertising did they say cancer was an exclusion. I was under the impression that plasma was safe to donate. They did not tell me once I disclosed, but kept me there, had me fill out forms, wasted my time, had me give them my social security number, and THEN disclosed I would not be able to donate, nor receive the $100 compensation for my going there. I said fine, so long as you agree to purge all of my data, including my social security number, from their systems. They informed me they can't do that. I emailed their customer service and said they now needed to make a $200 donation to my efforts to raise money for the American Diabetes Association AND purge my data from their records. They did not respond. Apparently, they were concerned that public knowledge that they don't accept plasma from cancer survivors could cause people to be less than honest. Given that they claimed to be involved in lifesaving activities, I initially wasn't going to go public about this.
