10/15/2023 at approximately 7pm My husband, well call him K, went through the drive thru, and placed the following ***************** with Cheese no onion meal large size, chicken nuggets, and two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches no tomato no lettuce. After he paid, they handed him the order but it was someone elses order so he went into the store. He waited 5 minutes before they acknowledged him, and when he explained the order was incorrect the gentleman said ok and took the wrong order and asked what our order was. K explained the order, twice, and yet by the time he got home and we opened the order, we were met with cold fries and sandwiches which were not correct. We asked for the removal of certain foods because of gastrointestinal issues associated with those items and my husband had to go back to the restaurant to see about having the order rectified. There was no apology made, and the fact my husband had to ask for things to be rectified 3 times, and drive back without an explanation or apology by the worker or manager to me is bad customer service. Not to mention the food they replaced had a bone in the chicken sandwich which my husband bit into.
