      The employees are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNTRAINED!!! Unfortunately it’s learned by the example of their incompetent store manager! Three times my range hood had to be ordered to get it correct. Wrong color, they damaged it and tried using black magic marker to hide the gouge. Store manager is a total ***! He talks over you and even when called out on it can’t keep his mouth shut for you to get three words out. The customer is NOT VALUED here and I would rather walk on glass than experience the abuse from this bully!! Reading reviews and doing research I totally understand why this business has an F BBB Rating!! Run Away from this place!

      Jessup's does not stand behind their products that are sold. They are clearly not focused on their Customers and a poor representative of the Manufacturer. we bought a new expensive Frigidaire French Door gallery model with extended warranty. A little over 2 1/2 months it went into Hi Alarm and all food in the freezer had to be thrown out. Jessup's sent out a technician who said it was out of Freon and would be back in 1 week to add some. A week later he added and when asked if he found a leak in the system he said no as it was too congested and would not be able to find a leak. Said it should be fine. I advised Jessup's Manager Domonic that this was unresolved as freon is pressurized and not designed to leak unless there was a manufacturer defect, therefore the fridge was not trustworthy and asked for a replacement. He said he would ask the Representative to do so and would get back. A week later I called to ask for update he said he would get back and NEVER DID. We are now over 4 weeks later; and the fridge is in Hi Alarm and all food thrown away again. I called Jessup's and Domonic said he would advise the representative. This is unacceptable. I am a veteran and 71 years old. It is taking advantage. This has been a battle and the right thing to do was for Jessup's to replace the unit and deal with the manufacturer. I even offered to take a full refund and would pay more for a more trustworthy model from their store. I have done my best Please help

      We ordered a kitchen stove for our new house back in the beginning of April, 2021. We told the sales rep we would not have a stove to use in the meantime. We were assured we would get the stove in July. We thought that was a wait but we're willing to do so. Our stove, a GE, did not arrive in July. Nor did it arrive in August. Then we were told September. September came and went, still no stove. Then December. Still no stove. Finally, last week we went and changed our order to a different stove that we were told was in stock. We called today (we always have to call Jessup's; they do not reach out to us!) for an update; we were told the stove was not ordered yet! We were never told there would be a delay in ordering. And now we are being told the stove might not arrive for a month. It seems we are back where we started. Jessup's should be doing everything they can to try to accommodate us. This is not the case.
