I had appointment at World of Vision for eyeglasses and eye exam but when I got there I was told they didn't accept personal checks then I tried using my ***** Fargo card which I use for many purchases but their system would not accept it. I then proceeded to say that I could get cash from ***** Fargo across their parking lot but they said time allocated for appointment would not allow it and they scheduled another appointment which I cancelled. I then received a bill for the cost of appointment which I never incurred for $70. I do not find World of Vision charging me for no service rendered and on bill it shows date 6/23/23 provider ***** Description No Charge Vision Exam then patient ******, then charges $70 and then Patient balance $70. This charge is wrong and should be cancelledBusiness response

i'm sorry for all the confusion and hope we can clarified any charges to you.
We have an independent service for Telemedicine that is operating in our stores. World of Vision did not charge or generate any bill to you, and I spoke with the ********************* and there is no charge to you as well at this moment.
Please let me know if you there was any credit card charge or pay that service that I will refund it immediately.
