  I was quoted a price and was told that is what the price would be for my tax issue because they can look up my tax information and see what needs to happen to fix the issue. Well I was quoted a price and was called several times to pay extra amounts for stuff like filing taxes when they knew what was needed before starting that's why I was send a quote that should be whole reason of a quote they were not upfront with me about extra charges I feel I was taxing advantage of before if I knew ahead of time I would not have accepted but felt I was taking advantage of. There are bad reviews on ****** for same reason.

  ****************** hired our company in December 2023 to file his missing returns and establish an installment agreement on his behalf. We prepared ******************** missing tax returns and forwarded his returns to him for signature in January 2024. Despite our repeated attempts to obtain ******************* signed returns back from him and resolve his case, we were unable to do so due to ******************. We did not receive his signed returns for over three months. A taxpayers returns must be filed prior to implementing resolution.During this time, our office continued to keep ****************** safe from collection action from the **** ******************** delay extended the resolution on his account, which creates more work for our company. We charge our clients when they create additional work for us, just like any other company in world would.We couldnt be more transparent with our clients upfront. Our goal is to assist our clients in resolving their tax problems, they have to do their part and meet the deadlines provided so we can do our job for the fee they were originally quoted. Otherwise, we will charge our clients when they need or want more work than what was originally contracted.

  Furthermore, ****************** paid our company a total of $3,950.00, and we billed $6,091.50 on his account. His file closed more than $2,000.00 negative, he is not entitled to a refund. Our contract also clearly states our fees are non-refundable. I attached ********************** project summary detailing the work that was completed on ********************** behalf. He also has copies of his completed returns for tax periods 2020 and 2021. Per ********************** contract, Section II, his file closed due to being in breach of contract. ********************** signed contract is attached as well.
