I purchased a new Mako 18 LTS on May 22, the following morning I texted my sales rep ********************* that I noticed damaged to my seat, ***** was kind enough to pass on my photos to ***** their services and parts manager. After not hearing from either ***** or ***** for over a week I reached out to ***** and asked for a status update. After a few texts back and fourth still no word on the status of the damaged part. At this point I advised ***** please let me know it the part is going to be replaced if not I was just going to buy a new seat cover.Fast foward to Friday June 14 ***** sent a text advising he'll get back to me by Monday June 17th. I have not heard from them since then. I am very pleased with my purchase but extremely disappointed with the service or should I say lack of. I did retained all my texts messages between ********************** and myself but I felt it was not appropriate to post them on a public site. I will say this the sales portion rates a 5 star review and one star for the service after the sale.Business response

Better Business Bureau:I received a call from Gables Motor Sports today and ***** stated that a replacement part is available at the store. I picked up the replacement part today.Thank you so much!!!!!!
