            These crooks sold me a 2017 Tucson, which I was told was in good, reliable condition. I also bought the extended "end to end" warranty. I have had issues with it since day 1 and got the full run-around with it. They even set me a service appointment 3 weeks out and then turned me away when I got there, saying they didn't have ******* mechanics or diagnostics equipment, which is fine if they didn't have me drive 40 miles each way to tell me this. When I finally got the truth from a ******* dealer, it was revealed there's roughly $4,000 in repairs needed for the A/C, which are covered under warranty, and about a $***** worth of repairs, which are not. Lexus of Wesley Chapel wouldn't even give me the warranty information to get the A/C fixed until I threatened to show up in their lobby and was on the way there. Their sales manager refuses to take any responsibility for this. He very snarkily told me they make sure the used cars they sell get a test drive and an oil-change, and that's it. I have only driven this car for less than ***** miles and shouldn't be having these problems. Some of the items found today were: Tune up needed @ $249.99 (done every 10,000-12,000 miles), **** Induction Cleaning @ $229.99 (done every ****** miles), and a leaking upper radiator hose @ $453.30. Since I was so egregiously lied to, I want Lexus of Wesley Chapel to cover these items.

            BUYER BEWARE!!!Scheduled and AUTHORIZED Services DENIED by GM ***** *******.Arrived on time and turned car over the rep. *** informed me that besided the "FREE" Oil Change under the "Lifetime Plan" I must pay for the ******* factory recommended services so I requested clarification on the ******* services from managers and boy they didn't like me inquiring about it that at all, after a heated discussion I AUTHORIZED ALL SERVICES, FREE or PAID but ** ordered staff NOT to do any services on my car clearly BREACHING A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT WE HAVE IN PLACE. After ********* services on my car I requested see him again for an explanation on why he took so unilateral decision breaching our contract but they denied his access.BUYER BEWARE...that is my advice with these vendor because if they denied service to a Veteran with a contract in place what is in it for you? Have you noticed that other complaints here involved non-native speakers/minorities like I am? Isnt' that interesting....Don't bother to reply mr. ****** UP GM, don't need your bully tactics and rants......and YES- WE DO RESERVE THE ****** many rights, to seek any avenue available to US- Consumers that PAY your services/salaries/cheap cookies.This dealership is quick to make a sale, but terrible in their customer service and follow up. I would never buy another car from this dealership.BUYER BEWARE!!!

            This guest was hostile and unreasonable. He created a profanity filled scene in our waiting area and ultimately had to be removed by the police. This is all following me showing him a copy of his "Lifetime Plan" contract with his signature. Everything is explained in black and white with great detail. Unfortunately, due to his behavior this guest is no longer welcome back at our dealership.

            BUYER BEWARE...As usual, this 'piece of work' is not being HONESST. Why don't you address my comment/review? Is about my APPROVED SERVICES that YOU DENIED....is not about the consecuences of you actions AFTER you DENIED my services. Be responsible for your actions once in your lifetime please. Mr. ** didn't have to courage to explain to me WHY HE DENIED THE SERVICES....I authorize YOU and your minies to post here the videos you have on your posesion about my schedule and planned visit where you denied the approved services- that way future customers can see for themselves how dishonest you are.Lifetime Pan: Is a very deceptive plan and again I warn future customers about it, WHY? Because what they don't tell us customers is that for every "FREE OIL CHANGE" you'll have to pay overpriced services, i.e.. tire rotation for $70!!!, that they say are recommended by the manufacturer- AGAIN, I DID APPROVED YOUR 'RECOMMENDED' SERVICES yet you still DENIED them- that's the issue not your physical threats, etc. Since I already PAID you for the Lifetime Plan and now I'm not welcome on your shop- WHERE IS MY REFUND? Did you send the check over the mail or I need to get my lawyer to pull out of your know what....Waiting for it piece of work!BUYER BEWARE...
