I consistently have items missing from my orders upon pick up. We order as a family on avg. 2x a month approximately $20 - $40 per order. The issues have been, one of two different scenarios, either something wasn't taken off that we asked to have taken off or it was something we paid extra for in addition to whats normally provided (i.e. extra potato salad or extra pita bread). This particular order today 3/15, I ordered extra potato salad with my pita bowl. They put NO potato salad in our order. I confronted the manager about this and all he could say was sorry, no compensation for the inconvenience, no offer or discount or store credit or anything but sorry. You have lost my business! Poor management! This is not how you treat a consistent customer!Business response

Hello. Please let the customer know that I spoke to my manager about this issue and I got a different response from the him. The customer didnt give my manager a chance to look into the situation and demanded a refund ASAP. Unfortunately the manager cant refund customers without looking into the issue. Thank you
