Due to my auto being in garage , I was taken advantage of to have necessities repairs made to the door OVER Charged Then my Credit Card was ran through a hardware store , NOT the name of the business

Good morning,
We have attached *****'s estimate to this email. We have given her a good, better and best, she chose the best. We even gave her a discount of $100. You will see she signed for the invoice as well. She called back after the fact and is demanding we give her $300 back but I have tried to get a hold of her about the invoice. She has told me several times she would get back to me about going over her invoice and has not. She was driving at the time and didn't have it in front of her. She also claimed that she created she called the BBB weeks ago and someone told her over the phone we charged too much. However, she couldn't tell me the number, name of the person or give me a claim number.
