I purchased a room for a wedding. They automatically charge you for a protection service but you can't use it. I purchased the hotel after the expiration date so that doesn't apply to me. I needed to push I back one day because my plane doesn't land until a day later. They saidnthey called the hotel *** they didn't have any available rooms. That's not true there are rooms available online *** Imspike tonthe hotel directly. They then say the reservation can't be changed or modified because I prepaid ifnzinwoild have selected pay at hotel I could modify it. There was no option to pay at the hotel when I booked because I Normally do this because of situations like this. The voucher takes 48 hours to get to you to be able to use and by then it probably will be sold out. She said she would escalate the vouche4 for me and it would take 1-2 days. That is the same thing I already have.from them. It appears criminal. The hotel itself is cheaper, I could pay for the room when arrived and the way they insert the protection charge in there you don't realize it exists. How am I held to a cancellation policy that expired a day beforenI purchased the room? That doesn't apply yo me? Run from this company. I only used the service because it was a convenience for the guests who are attending the wedding *** we are not familiar with the area.
