Truly awesome. I had an awkward combo sofa chaise lounge that I had to get rid of. I live in a second floor apartment with a staircase consisting of 24 steps. The guys didnt blink an eye. They had the couch apart and by the dumpster in less than 15 minutes. They were professional, respectful, and friendly. They had all tools necessary to do the job including two hand trucks. I cant recommend this team enough. As I said, truly awesome.Review from Simone K

Awful experience ruined my sofa armoire paintings took a long time charged me $200 over didnt want to release my stuff until paid in full slamming my stuff around **** pretended I didnt order a wardrobe box agreed to give me $25 for all my damages worst moving experience ever

It is our privilege to earn the trust of important client. From the start this was about money with ****** she called in a few weeks before to book her moving asked us for a discount. We wanted to earn her business so we did the best was could. We also complete a walkthrough to give her an estimate on how much time it would take. She said on that day of the move everything would be packed and ready to go.The day of the move everything was not ready to go. ****** asked could we help her packwe say no because it was not a part of the quote, and she was very adamant about keep the price down. There was no way to help that if her items werent packed and ready to go. Of her move was downhill from there as she didnt want to understand that if we stop moving her items to pack her up it was cost more.We did hold two items on the truck in fear that she was no going to pay us as she rush us and complained about the time it was taking. The only reported damage was a small **** to her armoire. No other damaged was reported by *************We know that when were hired were in charge of **************** into peoples homes. She made that very difficult to do as I was on the phone with our crew every step of the way.Review from Lois J

They are reasonably priced and get the job done. We had a few glitches but ******* made it right. This is the third time I used them and I also recommended them to several more people who were happy with their services as well.Review from tamara b

Excellent, professional, and well-priced services. From initial quote, to scope changes in what we needed done, to the efficient and thorough packing and clean-up, the experience with **** and his team was nothing but positive. great crew *****, ****, and ****** every single piece carefully wrapped with a blanket and shrink wrapped. even broke down a desk and moved it to another office with no complaints. also took care of all the garbage in the old space and the old furniture to the dumpster. would hire them again, no need to shop. The absolute BEST moving experience I have ever had with a move and moving company..!! Moving can be extremely stressful and after having numerous nightmare moves with so many moving companies I couldn't be more pleased with my recent move with Drop A Truck Moving..!! From the start, I was personally assured by the owner himself (*******) that this would not be another one of those nightmare moves. He personally came to my residence in order to provide an accurate quote and he promised me a smooth, stress free, polite and most of all professional move with NO surprises at the end. He delivered on his promise to me ten fold..!! These guys were absolutely great..!! The crew of 3 were polite, professional, hard working and got right to it without any hesitation. The move was completed as efficiently as I could have possibly imagined and as promised without any surprises. No damage, no issues and the icing on the cake was that the final cost was exactly what was quoted on the estimate, NO Surprises..!! ***** the owner, was calm, flexible and courteous. Very fair about price. His favorite response was no problem and thats the way he handled everything even if it required a little more work. I would bring these men to ************** I've used this company often, as I'm an Sales Director at an assisted living community. This latest move...is the most complicated I've had yet! It really deserves the world knowing that the entire crew went above & beyond. The short story...this was an internal transfer in a health care environment. We are Covid free!! Regardless, protocols regarding masks, gloves, bubble wrapping, boxing & shielding each personal item from a potential germ was followed to the letter. Unbeknownst to me, the resident moving, had a crazy amount of figurines, collectables & many, many framed photographs. Photos were taken before the move. Every single item matched & displayed to how it had looked before the packing began. The attention to detail was impressive. I'm VERY grateful. Don't take this kind of customer service for grated. Hardest workers Ive ever used! Never took a break. Absolutely will use them again for future services. NO HIDDEN FEES! Finished in the time I asked of them. Great guys! Showed up early (which was appreciated).
