I placed an order with this company for a piece of stained glass window art for a total of $52 on 05/03/2022, which I never received as of 08/08/2023. Order #*****. I have attempted to reach out to the company on multiple occasions, but the email address and phone number listed on the website are inactive. I would like a refund for my purchase.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Sunshiners on 3/17/23. I received an email with the subject line "Thank you so much!! Order #***** confirmed!" The body of the email indicated they would email and provide me tracking information when my order shipped. I was charged $49.88 on 3/17/23. To this date, I have received no additional details on my order, and the company website is now defunct. I would like a refund for my order. Thank you!Initial Complaint

On July 25, 2022, I placed an order for a unique piece of art from this business. The cost was $48 and this was to be a gift for a friend. On September 6, I emailed them requesting an update as to the status of my order. They replied: "We have your order. Sorry for the delay, I will have a ship date for you tomorrow." I have not heard from them since. I have sent additional emails, tried to contact them through ********* tried calling their number -- all with no response. On December 11, 2022, Sunshiners sent out a mass mailing apologizing and stating all orders would be shipped as soon as possible. I did not receive my order. On March 17, 2023 I received an email with an offer to purchase a beautiful stained glass cardinal (20% off; free shipping). Of course I placed and order for that item also. As of 5-2-23, I have not heard anymore from them nor have I received any items. (Please note: I am unable to attach any documents that I have)Initial Complaint

On June 8, 2022 I placed an online order with this company. Order number *****. I received an auto-generated email response the same day. The purchase amount for the two items that I bought was $102.72. My credit card was charged the entire amount within a day or two. Despite numerous attempts to contact this company via email, text and phone I have not received my items and they have not responded to my inquiries.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 8/19/22 for $48. Order # *****. My card was charged immediately. I reached out in October and got a reply that website was down, order was in process. I have sent numerous emails since then. Calls go unanswered, emails go unanswered. I have asked for a refund numerous times. Its been 7 months and I havent gotten a refund or my product. I would like my money back, I will order from a more reputable source. Their website should be taken down. Not a way to treat a customer! Never ordering with this company again.Initial Complaint

On Jan 8th, 2023, I ordered 2 Sunshiner Cardinal Birds totaling $116.00 - ORDER #*****.It is now FEB 9th and have never received them. Have emailed them many times, phone calls connect to busy signals, so I tried texting them....ZERO response on all accounts. I googled the company today and found that I am not the only one who isn't receiving their merchandise and are being ignored by the owner/customer service.Today, I gave them a 1 star and written review on Trust Pilot regarding FRAUD.I would like my money refunded to my credit card It is beyond comprehension how people, who once had a good reputable company going, continue to keep a website active when they ARE CLEARLY NO LONGER DOING BUSINESS. Yet Sunshiners continues to take unsuspecting people's money. That's called FRAUD!!! Such a shame, their artwork was really beautiful in person, which makes this all the more disappointing.Initial Complaint

I placed ORDER #***** on May 9, 2022 for 3 suncatchers totaling $158. I received the Pride Butterfly on June 6 but not the other two items. Since then, I have tried calling, emailing, messaging the company and there is no response. Their site still shows "preparing for shipping of the other two items which are a sunflower and Limited Edition Butterfly." My money was never refunded, and they have not responded to any emails. I tried to put in a claim with my credit card company, but they are unable to reimburse me past 78 days. The Sunshiners website appears to still be open, but they are not fulfilling their orders based on comments from other customers. I would either like the items I ordered or to refunded the $102 + tax .Initial Complaint

On February 28th I placed an order which was $48.00. My credit card was immediately charged. In those 2+ months I have never received this order. Ive had numerous email communications with Sunshiners stating this is all there fault, they messed up, they would make it up to me. Now they are ignoring my calls, texts and email. I dont know if theyve changed ownership, gone of out business, etc. Their website is still up.
