    I decided to put my trust on them and drop off the vehicle on early July 2022, the vehicle was assessed and an initial estimate of ****** thousand dollars was given and approved to start working on the vehicle about five weeks pass by and I'm yet to hear from the shop so decide to call to get and update on the repair process I'm told the car its striped down and waiting for parts about three weeks pass by I call again and I'm told the found new damages they need to contact the insurance for a second assessment some how they manage to find an extra ***** dollars in damages some how the insurance approves and provides payment. by now I'm calling and texting the person of foreseeing the repair on a weekly basis to get updates. months go by and I'm giving the same excuse over and over again I ask to see the car and found out the car was stripped but no body or paint work had began after a million excuses I finally get the car back on December 3 the inside of the car was dirty the inside with finger prints in the head liner spray paint on the door inside covers a damage step plate on passenger side afterdriving the car for two days I notice there was a unusual sound coming from the rear tire only to find out they completely over looked the car rear sub frame with also suffer damage from the accident I take the car back explain the situation they call insurance to get another $2000 dollars to cover the repairs somehow again the insurance approves and sends payment no we are at $25,000 and 8 months later my cars still not fixed because they are waiting for parts.I feel this shop should be investigated as I feel they are participating in fraudulent activity by overcharging for parts that they are not replacing in order to collect money from insurance the reason I have to believe this is because I got a full disclosure of the work done and had the vehicle inspected by a second shop and was advised that used and non oem parts were used to repair my vehicle.
