Pride Catering FTL LLC was hired and paid to cater a Saturday night affair for 106 people. They were hired with a specific menu agreed upon and a set amount of staff members to work the event. They showed up hours late, with less staff than paid for and without the food for the event. They attempted hours late to serve other food items that were not only inedible and partially frozen but not any food we had discussed or paid for. Further, the little bit of food they attempted to serve was no where near enough for even 1/4 of the people we paid for at the event. After several times speaking with the catering manager they were asked to leave the catering venue by not only my husband and myself, who hired them, but by the venue manager as well who said in all his years in the culinary field he had never seen such a display of shameful workers in the catering field. We were MORTIFIED and had guests upset. Some even left because there was NO FOOD. We had the additional expense of last minute ordering $630 worth of pizzas just to try and feed people. This was no way to have a semi formal Saturday night affair and it was certainly not what I paid for or contracted with Pride to cater for us. This company should not be in business. Planning with them was a pleasure but the execution of the actual catering was nothing but excuses. Right down to the missing chargers, plates, knives, table cloths that did not fit and food that was not only ice cold when attempted to be served but not the food we ordered or paid for. Most trays put out were empty and despite a set menu and set number of staff members, PRIDE was also made aware that no shellfish or pork items should be served. When they were scrounging to serve anything hours after food should have been ready they put out frozen shrimp. Due to severe allergies this was beyond unacceptable and that is when they finally packed up their empty cold trays and left. I have requested a full refund which has not come

Paid pride Catering ******* as deposit and first payment, a as free 2 months if not hearing from them I asked for a refund. 2 weeks and I still have not received a refund. They will not respond to any calls or emails. I did get to speak to them on 2/8/22 because I submitted a new inquiry for their services. This was when I was just told they would refund me.

I hired Pride Caterers to cater a holiday party for 12/17/2021. The caterer never showed up to the event - due to the caterers unorganized business activity. I had over 40 guests and no food or bartender to cater my event. After the caterer apologized for the error I was informed by the caterer they would be refunding my deposit of $703 . This promise was made 12/21 which was made in saved text messages. Today is 12/29 and I still have not received my refund. The caterer and their associates have refused to return my multiple emails, text messages and voicemails.

This client signed a contract retaining our services for December 18, 2021. This client has also booked our services in the past. On the evening of Friday, December 17, 2021, the client called regarding our whereabouts and according to him we were 15 minutes late. I told the client that I'm certain that the contract states that the event is for the next day, December 18, 2021. The client said "I think I know when my F***ing party is." I asked him to hold as I looked up the contract.
Over 30 emails were exchanged with Michael, a realtor, who would be able to read a contract. The email thread states December 18, 2021 as does the contracts and all other correspondence .
I have offered the client a refund, going against my own companies Terms & Conditions. We did purchase everything for this event. The client has not received the deposit back because he keeps harassing myself and my team via text messages, emails and phone calls.
I am pursuing legal action against both Me. ********. Further remarks can be directed to the Law Office of ****** * ******, Hollywood, FL.
      Thank you,
      Jason Mazza
