On 12/23/20 I hired and paid in full on Invoice# XXXX-X for the installation of a brand new 4 ton Comfort Maker AC system. This comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. In July & August I complained of a leaking system. I paid for a 1 year service plan and in August Langford cooling said they would inspect during the 2 x a year service inspection. Nothing was repaired, I now have oil that has completely leaked thru the foam insulation of the coil leading to the air handler and also oil is all over inside the handler that has even leaked down to the air filter below the handler. I called Brad at Langford Cooling on Sunday November 28th as well emailed and text him of this complaint. I repeatedly have done the same since and have not received any resolution of this initial complaint since July of 2021. Thank you, *** ********Business response
