I placed an order for over $6000 in furniture in late Sep 2022. I received an automated reply with receipt. It's been over 3 months and I have not received any notifications from the company concerning delivery. I've called and left messages repeatedly. No one answers and no return calls or emails have been received. There website is now defunct. I believe this company has absconded with customers' money for orders placed as early as Aug 2022.Initial Complaint

This website charges upfront and delivered a partial order, No one ever answers calls, missing delivery deadlines. Read reviews online they are scammers and thieves, credit card companies are bearing the real brunt by refunding all their transactions and the fraud owners are taking it inInitial Complaint

On June 3, 2022 we ordered (#****) & paid for a Clarendon sofa, loveseat, *************** and a ********************* upholstered *********************** panel bed with mirrored dresser & 2 nightstands and a chime elite mattress for $5,915.08 (including tax). In the middle of June we rec'd all except for the headboard, footboard and the ottoman which he (****) said were back ordered. In august I texted him and he said they were about to be out on the truck and he'd text when out for delivery.we heard nothing back from him and got to FL in the beginning of November so I texted again, & again, & again with no response at all. I called their phone number ************ and it goes to a recording. I left numerous messages with again no response. He must have cancelled his phone because none of our texts are there anymore and their website is now, non existent as well, though they do have a ******** page with a number of similar complaints. We just went out and RE-bought the ********************* from Blockers furniture this weekend so we could get our bedroom finished and OFF THE ***** for $898.00 We're trying to get info on the cost of the ottoman now, but I believe it was about $400. So we will have to spend another $1300-1400 for furniture we've already paid for THANKS TO HIM. I'd like at this point TO GET MY MONEY BACK SOMEHOW. We are thinking about going to small claims court and/or are trying to get someone to help us somehow. Thank you for any assistance in this matter. We are not made of money and haven't bought us anything new in years so it's been a real nightmare to us. Thank you for anything you can do. *******************Initial Complaint

I purchased a sofa online September 4, 2022 from Orlando Furniture Online and it was never delivered.I contacted the store by phone and was told that the order was delayed due to the hurricane in early October.I contacted the 'store' by phone and left a voicemail and I sent an email.The links from their email adverts are not working so I do not think the sofa will be delivered. I would like my money back if possible.Initial Complaint

I purchased a couch from this company on 08/09/22. The expected delivery date was 09/04/22. When I saw that it passed that time I called and asked for an update. I was told that Al the couches were behind due to the type of couch it was that it would be a few more weeks. I reached out on 09/30/22 where I was told that due to the hurricane everything was on back order and that the truck should be making it on 10/14/22. I have spoken to this person once on the phone and any other time I was sent a text message. At this point we have checked reviews and a lot of others are experiencing the same issue. I paid $1715.94. It's been 3 months almost. This company is a scam. I want my money back
