the insurance paid about 2500,car was in shop month So far I have found several issues, which the shop was made aware of a few the day I picked up my car. The plastic underneath the fender where my car was impacted on the driver back door is still damage,I didn't see that that until yesterday. Here's the broader issue. To blantlty have someone working on my car with total disregard for my property is the lowest form of disrespect I cannot in good faith trust your shop to correct the many issues or even trust that further damage, especially damage that's not visible to the eye won't be done. Since my repair I have had two different experts look at my car and say they have seen alot worst but this isn't the best that could have been done regarding my repair, being so that I know nothing about cars and or repairs I seek out information from other trustworthy experts in the business who have since then pointed out major flaws in your technicians work. This is not okay Took it to the manufacturer for my car collision repair shop so they can properly evaluate the repair and re-diagnose the issue, they told me even if the insurance company offered to pay for the rework that will not be a job that most shops will be willing to accept ,because they will be on hook for the warranty and unseen issues that may have been caused by another shop negligence , and that's very disheartening. Plus a month is a long time to have had my car and do lackluster repair work on someone's vehicles that your shop reap the $ benefits of, so I'm not sure what went wrong but I do not feel safe bringing my car back to your shop for any rework, at some point I was considering a sister shop but I no longer aspire to utilize your shops as it appears to me that the bad repair was done intentionally becauseof the many issues, and issues that still has to be corrected and additional problem areas on my car. I
