Good day, I would like to file the following complaint against JKR Marine Services LLC in regards to unrendered services and stolen property. My brother and I purchased fully functioning bass boat. Ian was recommended and contacted based on a referral via Google approximately in the very begging of August 2021. He came to my home did a once over inspection made some minors repairs gave me us the thumbs up at which point problems continued from there after. Mysteriously over the next few days Ian constantly checked in to see if we had water tested the boat. Of course there were issues. The boat was dropped off at Ian's home which is also his place of business a few days later. (Please refer to the paid invoice dated 08/12/2021) We agreed based on his recommendation to make additional repairs and add some upgrades. From there my property goes missing for over a year. We continously reached out, Ian would respond days or even weeks later at his leisure for over a year! I have attached screen shots of texts messages of him continuously asking for more time being that phone calls were rare as he was extremely evassive. Finally law enforcement was envoled at which point Ian was given a deadline, the day of he doesn't return phone call but returns my text. I call he answers and goes into this long speal on how he's a recovering addict and he's sorry. The next day our property is returned, stripped of everything, and completely salvaged. The boat is ruined he apologized and promised us a full refund and has dissappeared since. I have attached invoices, pictures and text message conversations confirming this filing..
