This contractor abandoned our project and ghosted us. He refused to pay his employees and they all left the company, leaving his customers high and dry. The work that was done was negligent, substandard and done by inexperienced, unreliable people. The owner/GC never came to the project to check the work. We had to request his presence, even then he was reluctant to get involved. He has abandoned our project, leaving us to find someone else to complete electrical and plumbing and tile work. There were numerous negligent and safety issues with plumbing and electrical. I would not recommend this business.Review from Brittany K

We really wanted a great experience with East Side Kitchen and Bath after seeing photos of their work and reviews of happy customers. However, that was not our experience! We had an appointment to go into their showroom on a Tuesday afternoon for a bathroom remodel. A few hours before the owner *********************** called and informed he had strep throat and was unable to meet. We are understanding people and said no problem, get well and rescheduled for the following Saturday at 1pm. Saturday morning rolls around and we send a text to confirm hes well and able to meet, no response. As the time got closer to our appointment, we called again and no answer. We didnt hear back from him until he accidentally called us, and unknowingly left a voicemail of a very vulgar conversation he was having with someone. We wasted our whole day off waiting around for this appointment and needless to say we were really disappointed and let down by ******* very unprofessional behavior! We will be taking our business elsewhere, and suggest you do as well!Review from Denise M

Austin and his crew did a wonderful job on my master shower from the first crew to Blake all the guys were very nice and very clean and very good to our dog.I will always recommend Eastside Kitchen and Bath to everyone I can. Eastside Kitchen & Bath is the BEST! Everyone on the team from the owner, Austin Horne, the designer Kristin, the project manager, Blake and Mike and the entire team--they are excellent! They did a Kitchen remodel for me. We had some issues but they addressed everything right away. I'm very picky and they all showed attention to detail. I have to give a shout out to Mike. He did a phenomenal job of installing the cabinets and making sure everything lined up. Even the handles were installed meticulously. If you're doing and renovations give Eastside Kitchen & Bath a call. Great people.Review from Holly H

Austin and his staff did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. Walls were taken down, electrical moved, ceilings resurfaced and Eastside was able to take care of all of this. They were very friendly and professional throughout and fixed any issues that came up along the way. We are so happy with the improvements to our home. The end result is was more than we hoped for. I have already recommended Eastside Kitchens and Baths to others. Thank you Austin!
