We love our pool! The folks at Premier pools were wonderful to work with. Things happened in the timeline they gave us, there was always someone available to answer any questions or concerns we had. They did a great job of walking us through the process from design, start up and maintenance as well as everything in between. Their main competitor in my area had me on their schedule 1 year out just for a quote, other estimates we received came in an email with no follow up. ******* gave us our quote with computer rendered drawings, made changes to the drawings on the spot, as we chose embellishments those drawings were updated to reflect our choices. We used Preimer pools of central florida for our new pool at our home. We have been very happy with them and the team and vendors. The process has been smooth. We signed the contract end od Dec 2022 and its now July and we have a pool and are using it. Garrett was the designer and he was wonderful to get us started and get the design that we wanted out of our heads onto a rendering. Once the process of permits approved and ground breaking our contacts went to Blaine and Hal. Blaine was the main contact we never met in person but we spoke on the phone a lot and e mailed and texted. He kept us in the loop for all that was happening. If we had any questions he was able to answer them for us. Hal was the on site contact, he was there after big projects to review and make sure the venders were on track. We are not 100% done just have a very small punch list but Leslie has taken over and she so far is great too. We could not be happier as Premier made the dream of us to have our own pool come true. The process was not stressful and I recommend them 100%. The quality of the work is also great I don't feel like anything was rushed. Thank you Premier pools and team for all you hard work

Premier Pools of Central Florida built a pool for us and the experience was extremely positive. They built a beautiful, quality pool with no failed inspections or failed equipment. They do what they tell you they are going to do without much effort from us. Our neighbors built a pool at the same time and used another very popular pool company in the area. They have experienced a lot of issues including two fail electrical inspections and a brand new pump that did not work for three weeks right after the pool was fired up with all the chemicals. I highly recommend Premier Pools of Central Florida to anybody looking for a "high end" quality pool builder. Thank you Premier!

If you are reviewing pool companies and are considering Premier Pools, look no further!! They are the absolute best of the best! I know several people that have used them and was referred to their rep, Garrett. From my first interaction with him, to the final details of wrapping up the project with Leslie, I received great customer service, quick responses, and knowledgable advice. Garrett listened to what I wanted and got every detail just right. He designed a beautiful pool, spa, and deck at a price that was within my budget. From there, Hal took over the project management side of things while Blaine handled the scheduling. They worked very hard to meet deadlines and had wonderful communication. They were easy to reach with questions and concerns and always stepped in to help in any way possible. Once construction was done and the pool was functioning, Leslie took over the final details to make sure I was happy with everything. Any concerns I had, she handled immediately and even rescheduled a few things to help me along the way. Pools are not cheap, they are an investment. You get what you pay for and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. With Premier Pools, you will get quality/fair pricing, above and beyond customer service, and a beautiful oasis. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Pool remodel from hell. Our pool was remodeled in 2017. I started to notice cracks around the spa a year after and they got worse. I tried calling the company but the warranty was expired by the time someone actually talked to me. In 2019 someone from the company came out and even took pictures but no one ever followed up. They said, someone from the office will call you back, and they never did. Also, do not allow them to change your drainage pipes to the plastic tubes under pavers. You can never clean them out properly with a plumbing company. Plastic tubing can be torn by plumber machines so you cannot properly clean out leaves which has now caused us a drainage problem. You need stainless steel pipes under pavers. When I told premier they said that had to do with the paver company they subcontracted. I think it is called poor project management. Now it is 2022 and the refinishing of the pool has come off in chunks. The pool cleaner I have can't believe this was a remodel from 2017. He has never seen such poor quality of work. This remodel cost us $80,000, as much as other friends putting in brand new pools. We don't want the same thing to happen to anyone else. I am sure when I call them Monday about the pool lining they will blame the subcontractor for that service as well.

In the future, with any issues you believe to be covered under the warranty, please direct your calls to our office, 407-696-4744, and our service department will assist as needed. We sorry that after we came out to inspect the pool in January 2020 you did not receive our email correspondence dated January 14th, 2020 a copy of which we can provide should you wish to see. We believe, had the email been received on your end, we would have been able to address at least some of your concerns and provided you with solutions for future maintenance. With regards to the drainage pipes you reference in your review, on May 30, 2017, our service tech came to your house to install the spillway, at that time he addressed the issue with your area drains and explained that this was a maintenance issue due to the shedding of your neighbor's bamboo trees on to your roof and into the downspout. It is commonplace in the paver industry, when using area drains, to use corrugated pipes for drainage and for the most part there are no issues. Unfortunately, this maintenance is not part of our responsibility. We do appreciate you bringing to our attention the delamination of your pool surface. As discussed, we will absolutely come out to inspect the finish with a representative from the interior manufacturer. As we have done for the past 27 years while in business, we will honor our warranties and make sure that all necessary repairs are made to do so.
