I've been a customer for a long time and have good experience until now. Please make sure you are satisfied with your purchase before you swipe your card. Bought a brand new grapple this time guys showed up to the shop for 2000 dollars brand new is so light duty I would be scared to pick up twigs.. I was told there is a no return policy even on new attachments but would exchange for me if I would like to pay even more for a poor quality more expensive grapple. Beware of cheap attachments it had been sitting so long it already had rust on cylinders and I was told to take Emory cloth to it lol what a joke. This is what business has come to no integrity. Live and learn I can sleep with a clear conscience. This will be a shop ornament. Just buyer beware everything looks pretty with a little paint.

Purchased a 2018 Cat 239D skid steer from cls. Sight unseen based off of owner saying it was good to go and all the basics had been checked out personally by him at their business. I understood that they didnt offer any warrantees and their equipment is sold as is. I only asked that they divulge any obvious issues they knew of from the surface. When the machine arrived The front door was hanging off on one side with top hinge hardware missing, One of the cab mounts was completely gone and missing, the Heat and ac both did not work, several drive sprocket bolts were missing and we noticed the steel reinforcement bands were severely worn out on the undercarriage beams as well as several visible fluid leaks coming out of rear of motor when the rear door was opened. Was severely disappointed by all the obvious things that in my opinion should have been at least mentioned when asked. I should have called them right then and there to talk about it but Im not someone that typically whines about used mechanical purchases very easily and decided to just work through all the issues and work on things as we could. The machine sat for most of the winter as we worked on these things and doing some light snow plowing around the yard a few times and only putting a few hours on it. The following spring we sent it out to the job we had bought it for and first time it was taken onto a semi rough surface the operator said it was rocking so bad at half speed over small humps in the terrain that it would almost through him out of the seat. He also noticed that the front forks had about 6 of play in the operation when trying to lift something. We had the mechanics tear it down and after pulling the tracks off it was immediately visible to see that the undercarriage main beam frames on both sides were completely wore through, cracked and broken in half. Called owner and tried to get them to at least pay $5,000 k for the 2 new undercarriage beams but no go

Very unhappy with the farm equipment purchased from this business. We were told that it was in great condition and capable of 80 HP to operate other equipment. When we got it home, it did not work as promised and the dealer is reluctant to hold up to his implied warranty. We are extremely disgruntled with his practices and want others to beware of this shady equipment dealer.
