Paid a reimbursable cash deposit of 500$ on ***** for a vehicle that was in transit. Decided I did not want the vehicle because it was further delayed from arrival and cancelled buy with dealer. I requested my deposit back on **** in-person. Sales manager said that the owner is the only one that is able to reimburse and that I could only be reimbursed via check. I was told that the owner was not available at the moment and I am to follow up next day. I followed up again on **** and requested my 500$ cash back but was still told that the owner only does check and has to sign it and that the owner is not available. On **** I tried to get in contact with the sales manager but was denied and forced to speak with car salesman employee. That employee became irrate with me that I was once again inquiring about my deposit. The employee said during the conversation that the owner is not available and is to busy with other things to sign a check right now and will get to it when the owner has time. I ended and the informed that employee that I will be contacting the GA better business bureau.Business response
