I purchased a vehicle from them in November, before I left the lot I told them about the pull and the clicking sound. They told me it would be fixed. About a couple days later the check engine light came on, I called them about it. They informed me to go to ******** ******** to see what they say it is. I went and they stated it was the O2 Sensor. I informed Rick from galleria what they said and he stated it was going to be fixed. I also went to another shop to check the axles, and they stated that I would have to pay $1300 to get it fixed. I called them numerous of times but it went to voicemail and I never received a callback. I called the bank I am making my payments to, they stated that they could not do anything due to they have already sent them the check. In January, he called and stated that he was still looking for a shop to get it fixed. From the end of February until 02/20/2024, I have been calling no answer. I called on 02/20/2024, Rick answered. He first acted like he didnt know what I was talking about, then stated that he remembered. He stated that he had two customers, but would call me back. I haven’t received a call back yet.
