The claims *** was unwilling to meet on the scheduled date. I had to call hancock and reschedule to accommodate my contractors availability. Taniah with hancock took my call and helped me to reschedule. The insurance adjusters need to do better and prioritize their customers like Taniah did. This company is criminal!! Ive met these guys on countless insurance claims and they say nothing is wrong on every job. They are not licensed adjusters and have no right being on your property. The sooner this company is shut down the better! If your insurance company uses third party companies like Hancock or Seeknow its time to start shopping around.Review from Cody B

Sent an inspector out for a farmers claim after an f3 tornado destroyed the town and laid a massive tree on the home. Hancock said the shingle damage was a manufactures defect and said they would have the carrier deny the claimReview from Rob R

Had a time during the week set up for a roof inspection. He tells me it's raining while my family and I are sitting outside in the sun, no clouds, waiting. The Hancock representative never shows up and decides he is going to inspect the roof at a later time with no one home. I explained that no one is allowed on the property without the owner present. He has yet to contact me about another inspection time; it's been a week. I had to call ********** to get ahold of anyone from Hancock. Hancock still has not contacted me. The guy was rude and doesn't respond to messages. Meanwhile, the claim keeps being set back in time, and the weather hasn't stopped. More damage is being created the longer the roof is not repaired.Review from Linda R

I was told by State Farm that the inspection report by Hancock is incomplete but cannot find out what is wrong, just incomplete. I have hail damage to my home, garage, mental building and to a pavilion roof. So far State Farm has totaled the very small pavilion roof, showing little if any to the other three major buildings. I am looking at spots all over my metal roof, paint totally knocked off, dents in my garage and house roofs which are asphalt shingles. Siding damage.Metal trim damage around windows. Window screen damage. Damage to gutters, gutter guards and downspouts. The pictures clearing show this from Hancock and my contractor. At one point State Farm even told me that they didn't have the inspection report or the report from my contractor. I know this was not true, because I took them in person to them. But my contractor also had sent in his report and pictures himself. I had back them up before his even were sent in!So you tell me what is going on with Hancock and State Farm????Review from John C

Because Hancock is neither an advocate nor adjustor, they did exactly what I expected. ***** documented our damage and re-secured the board-up. It not only exceeded my expectations, it exceeded all mof my past experiences with insurance companies. If only Allstate could be as professional as its contractors.Review from Diane S

In March of ******************************************************************************** which Allstate denied our claim after a Hancock inspection. We knew our roof was not structurally sound but was told by Allstate that our roof was good. Woke up this morning to hail and flooding rain and a water leak in my ceiling in my dining room. Water on a 100 year old buffet, 70 year old credenza, and water on my floor. Here we go, Allstate is sending Hancock again, maybe it's time to speak to an attorney!Review from Anthony G

******************* guy with long hair ran claim in ******* ** was one of the rudest people Ive ever met. He ignored my roofer basically the whole time his customer service skills were nonexistent. ********************** and Statefarm both should be ashamed of themselves. Over 40 missing shingles and he didnt even take measurements(house is covered by trees so satellite measurements wont be possible). State Farm Allstate and these third party inspectors need to be held accountable for their actions!Review from Dale M

I waited for the Inspector for 2 1/2 hours past the appointment time. She literally ran through the process and did not inspect at all, no attention to detail, just tried to hurry up and get out of here . The company needs to train their employees, its as if they are not trained at all! I will be calling the board of insurance on Allstate and Hancock claims !!Review from William M

Absolutely the most unethical company ever. They grossly overcharged for a simple ladder assist and won't admit to their mistake. They charged me 10 times what I should have been charged. Stay away from these thieving crooks! I will NEVER do business with them again and will tirelessly spread the word about their despicable behavior at every claims association meeting that I go to, and there are many.
