4/24/23 , I informed the leasing office of bed bugs coming out of outlet, on my bed , I was told there could be no way to accommodate me , the building said nothing could be done due to a balance I had. They couldnt even get the freight elevator working so I could move my mattress out. It has been constant *********** here. The water was off for 3+ days in December, no accommodations were made. I have been harassed by people in the parking lot. I have had issues with ants , cracks in walls , and more. CLOSE THEM DOWN FOR GOOD! I have been here since 2021 , obviously i didnt bring the bed bugs in! I cant break my lease without payment & not to mention security pulled out a gun on me for sitting/leaning on the table in lobby! Not to mention atleast 4 diff leasing teams in months!Business response

I paid $520 on 5/5/22 for an apartment application. They told me I could move in the following Monday after so submitted my application, then they changed my rent and lease without letting me know. After months of waiting and them never answering the phone or emails, they told me that after several attempts they were unable to verify my employment.. I applied to several apartments and none of them had any issues with this. My managers also said they never received any inquiries from this complex, but they did from the others. It is impossible to get through to them to get your money back, because they just direct you to an email address that they dont respond from and a phone number that they dont answer. They have also done this to several other people.Initial Complaint

I applied for an apartment (The Lofts at Twenty 25 in ******* **) and paid $435 for an application fee and I would like it back after such a horrible experience with a lack of honest communication to none. The apartment complex has been giving me the run around telling me they would be in contact about my approval. I physically went to the complex June 1st after applying on May 25/26th and spoke with ***** and she printed out my info to give to ****. They told me that **** would be working on my file & to call back in a week and when I did a lady in the office tells me she would have to call me back later that day but stated they were working on my application that day. I never received a call or email. I attempted to call back a few days later and they never answered the phone. A different lady named ****** finally answered on the 4th call and I tried to explain to her my situation but she kept talking over me saying it will take longer than a week and it's going through corporate. I am questioning why it is all of sudden going through corporate after I was told **** is working on my file? She was very rude, aggressive, and impatient in her tone. The lady hung ** in my face after I was trying to get clarity on timeframe because apparently I am told different things. Like I said I was told the last day I spoke with them that they were working on my app that day and I would hear from them THAT DAY. I tried to call back a few times after she hung up and got no answer. There is a ****** review from a previous applicant stating that the apartment took their application fees and they never heard from them. At this point and my experience thus far I fear that will happen to me and I would like my money back. I should've taken the review into consideration but wanted to give them a chance because it is a nice looking apartment. However, now I just want/need my money back to use towards a decent apartment so I can find somewhere to live and not be homeless!
