      This company claims that you can cancel their policy whenever you want, but it's going on over 5 months since I sold my camper, and I still have not received a cancellation check. They allegedly sent the check to an old address (even though I updated my address with them), and now (after getting multiple different answers with each phone call), the *** tells me that "due to the amount of claims on your RV, you will not be getting a refund check." Do NOT buy any p***aid service contract with this company! They are under the name of Revolos, North Star, and/or Protective Asset Protection! Do your research, and do not fall for this scam!Contract number: 700 599 968

      Do not trust this crooked company. Does not matter what name they use, #Revolos or #Northstar, or #Protective. Called and spoke to adjuster and customer service representatives and both refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Took over 30 days to deny a claim. Both also told me they can take as long as they want.

      This is a SCAM. This company is absolute fraud. Please save yourself a lot of hassle and buy insurance from a reputable company. These cowboys are just looking for excuses to deny your claim. Please find another company, or regret later. Be cautious, these guys have many different trading names too - all are fraudulent.

      We had a policy from Revolos on our 2016 ******* Tuscon. This cost us around $4000. after about a year and a half of ownership we noticed it was burning a lot of oil. The dealership determined it needed a new engine. After tear down and inspection by their "adjuster" they determined it didnt need a motor. Denying our claim. Our dealership tried repeatedly to show them their mistake. This fell on deaf ears. So we were out the tear down fees. Out over $2000. The dealership steppped up and waived the fees and took it in trade. We purchased another vehicle from them. Even wit the dealership helping us out did we come out of this in a good way. I will never buy another extended warranty again. This company *****. And I would encourage anyone considering them to do their research.

      The warranty is not worth the ******. Review all the customer complaints about this company and you will discover they find a way to deny claims. The wording of the contract is in their favor so if you think your part is covered it won't be due to their claims process

      They are a horrible company. I paid for a warranty with them when I purchased my used car. When I contacted them, they kept giving me the runaround. ****** who was answering the phone was being used as their liar to tell me they would call me back. I never received a call back from management as of yet regarding my claim. I paid for full service Power Train warranty that is still active and they dont want to pay for my vehicle to get fixed by the dealer. I will not stop until they are held accountable and my vehicle gets fixed with the warranty company I paid for it in full. They are a sorry company full of liars and they are stealing people money without giving the the service for which the warranty cover. I want my warranty monies back and I will get my own car fixed with the money since they dont want to fix it.I will reach out to the *** **************** regarding how his business is not giving quality customer service. Im requesting my monies back for my warranty that has not been used at all up to this point. I still have ****** miles before my warranty expires

      Platinum contract for $5,718 on 9/8/22 for 2010 Pleasure-Way. Terms: 4 years/****** mile. Card states expires 9/7/26 or miles of *******. INDS told service facility contract expired at ****** miles. ******* calls to resolve that then a verbal denial saying the carburetor, fuel pump & capacitor within the generator are not covered. We couldn't follow the procedures outlined because INDS did not provide a claim #. ******* calls to INDS & 2 e-mails asking where within the contract it identifies the exclusions. The inclusions in the contract separate the chassis and coach into different sections. On page 1 under the coach section, it lists the Auxiliary Powerplant/Generator under the coach section:"Auxiliary Powerplant/Generator-All internally lubricated parts of the power plant engine; starter; switches; hour meter; voltage regulator; power converter; inverter; PC boards; interior monitor/control panel; generator assembly; cylinder block and head if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part."A on page 7 identifies a carburetor is not covered but appears to be referring to the engine on the chassis as other parts listed in that section are describing component parts of the chassis engine under the hood. I don't see any references to fuel pumps on this page. The generator is at the back of the ** in a separate compartment. The cost of the repairs was $1,881.02. INDS needs a process to ensure identifier information (consumer, vehicle info) are correct so they can locate contracts & ensure they are valid. Responses for ************************ need to be timely. When they don't provide clarification, verbal decisions are arbitrary leaving the consumer with the repair expenses.Help me 1) get affirmation that the carburetor within the generator is not covered and 2) have them identify where within the contract it shows that additional components within the generator (fuel pump and capacitor) are excluded from coverage? Thanks

      My extended warranty cost $8,000 for my RV with the diamond coverage. In 4 years I have had $75,000 in repair costs not all were eligible for warranty coverage but they denied most claiming it did not fit into the warranty or they were not called prior to the work being done is their favorite. Save your money and pay ************ because you will end up not getting reimbursed. They make their money knowing they can deny most claims and get away with it, knowing customers don't make it a priority to follow their complicated procedures, this has ruined my RV buying experience and wish I had never bought one

      $10,000.00 for a Diamond platinum warranty and denied two claims one for generator work and for a solar issue. They sent inspector to get inspection and they said the solar panel was damaged due to water infiltration. wiring harness needed to be replaced. solar panel - brand new and wasnt working. The plug connector was also new . I climbed up and looked at The panel and the connector fine except for two bare areas which had been pierced to test power? found the inline fuse at The solar Panel blown! Revelos paragraph 7 section 7 Part D ANY FAILURE RESULTING FROM COLLISION; INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL FIRE; THEFT; VANDALISM; RIOT; EXPLOSION; LIGHTNING; EARTHQUAKE; FREEZING; RUST OR CORROSION; SMOKE OR SOOT; WINDSTORM; PESTS; HAIL; WATER OR FLOOD; FREEZING OR ICE DAMAGE; REVERSE POLARITY; ACTS OF GOD; CHEMICALS; SALT, SAP, SAND, DIRT OR OTHER OBSTACLES; COSMETIC OR PAINT CHANGES; ELECTROLYSIS; ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE; DETERIORATION, CONDENSATION,CONTAMINATION OR LOSS OF FLUIDS, FUELS, COOLANTS OR LUBRICANTS!Revelos: I did verify in your account that the repair facility did suspect tampering with the solar panel as the wiring was coming apart. This was never confirmed by the inspector and was not the underlying reason as to why we are unable to participate. As far as the inspection for the unit, we do utilize third party inspectors that are not affiliated with either our company or the repair facility. The pinching that you mentioned would'nt have been conducted by the inspectors. Based off of their inspection the solar panel and wire harness were damaged due to water intrusion. failure due to water or flood is specifically excluded per our terms and conditions under the exclusions portion on 7 of 7 under section D. There was no mention of the fuse as the damage to your solar panel and harness were due to water. We would not be able to participate with this particular portion of this failure to your unit as we can only participate in ways that the contract will allow.

      We purchased a coverage plan about 4 to 5 years ago. The plan is under my wife's name. I dropped the car off at the dealership so the dealer ship took down my name for contact. When they called the company to file a claim it was refused because I was the one that dropped the car off and the dealership put my name on the claim so when the dealership called back to simply update the claim to my wife's name they refused and said too bad you only have one chance to give us the correct name. This is a simple error by the dealership. This place will not budge we will never purchase a **** warranty from this crappy place again
