I have been scammed from this business. I purchased some hair bundles on October 15th, before hand the owner was responding to all my messages on instagram but shortyl after i bought the product she stopped responding. I was never sent a tracking number or any updates. I have emailed her and commented on all her platforms, but she has turned her comments off and wont respond to me which makes me feel like i am not the only one she has done this to. I spent $194.19 on this product just to be scammed. I need something to be done NOW. She has also blocked me off her social media and has gone live making jokes about scamming me.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on June 5, 2023. Part of the order was refunded due to being out of stock which was fine. The other part of the order still has not been sent to me. I emailed and messaged the merchant multiple time. They responded once and said orders would be sent out the following week. I still never got an update or tracking number, I since then reached out multiple times for some type of update or reason. At this point the messages are showing as being read but I am not getting a response.Initial Complaint

My husband purchased Curly Wave clip-is from Naya Vista online. The order number is *****. We received a tracking number for **** and has been in "pre-shipment info sent **** await item" since March 28th, 2023. I followed instructions online to reach out to the customer service team. No one responds via email, Instagram direct message, or ******** I also tried it dispute with PayPal and it was declined due to the vendor being unresponsive. I am looking for a full refund for this order.Initial Complaint

I made an order with Nayavista on June 1 and it supposedly shipped out on June 21st. Ive been waiting continuously since then on tracking updates and it just says pre-shipment **** awaiting item (still says this as of today). I have sent several emails, commented on Nayavista Instagram page and nothing. I called **** and they said they never received the item so im not sure if it shipped out or not due to lack of response to any of my emails. At this point, now I want a refund and have asked for that in my last email to them and still no response. It has been over a month and I do not have the product that I paid for and I should get my money back asap from this company let alone a response. Im super frustrated that there is no customer service help whatsoever its bizarre to me. I just want my refund back to me.Initial Complaint

On January 17th, 2023 I purchased a wig from the www.shopnayavista.com website. Since then *** made multiple attempts to either receive the wig or get my money back. I spent $405.00 total and have yet to get a response back from her or her customer support team. At this point, I just want my money back.
