The company was running a 40% off labor day sale. A relative of mine had bought something from them (I was present while they put the order in) and had been able to use an additional coupon code on top of the sale price. She'd forwarded me an ad, so around September 4-6, I went to the site, added something to cart (new joggers and a belt, seen in the screenshots attached), and then thought about it, but didn't complete the purchase. I later received a followup email (screenshot attached) offering me an additional 10% off through a coupon code on the specific order I had in my cart. I thought about it a little longer. When they sent me another followup for an additional 15%, I decided to make the purchase. However when I went to the site, the code they'd provided was throwing an error. I contacted support a few days later, and they tried to tell me that discount codes didn't count towards the labor day sale that was going on. I pointed out that not only had I watched a relative use a coupon code during the sale, but the email they sent me had specifically referenced this exact purchase in its offer of the additional discount. They then waited until after the sale was over to respond, at which point they sent me a new 15% code, thinking I wouldn't notice and would accept a 15% discount instead of a 55% discount. I contacted them again, letting them know that the code didn't fix the problem, and I would need a code that would have given the 55% they'd actually offered. They repeated themselves about their claim that codes didn't work on the sale, I repeated what I mentioned above, and pointed out that I didn't think it was even legal for them to offer something, and then try to bait and switch you once you tried to take them up on the offer. I received the product on 4/25/2024 did not like the material or how the strap went around my waist to hold the item I needed. The sizing was not correct it was too small. I reached out yesterday to return and receive a refund and was told that I would only receive a gift card. Their return policy indicates that a refund can be given within 30 days of shipping which I am within that 30 days and they are denying me a full refund. I would like to return the items and receive a full refund of my purchase. False advertisement!Initial Complaint

I paid for a product online with the company on September 20th. I never received the product or a refund after countless attempts. I just want my money back I dont know what else to do please helpBusiness response

This order was refunded in full. The customer received email confirmation of this both from our automated system and support team. The order was unfulfillable because he placed an order on a private, members-only site without being a member, so we cancelled and refunded. That site was part of a limited time test of a subscription membership program which has since been shut down. Our primary website (www.arrowheadtacticalapparel.com) does not have any orders from this customer, and we have not collected any money from him.
