I paid ***** Conley ********* $3000 to create an online sales funnel system for me to generate sales and gather emails from potential leads. I paid for VIP which claimed to complete this service in 72 hours. ***** and her team did not deliver. I reached out to her multiple times letting her know that I did not receive an email sequence. This is the most part of an online sales funnel. The email sequence was supposed to include eight emails tailored to my audience and their needs that would encourage them to buy my product. She acknowledged that she did not provide the emails multiple times but brushed off the issue and said she would have her assistant do it. This was supposed to be completed in September 2021. It is now May 2022 and I still have not received the refund that she agreed to. She also photoshopped emails to try and say that she did reach out to me but when I requested to see the emails she said that they were lost in her server.
