I am in the process of writing also a ****** review and to the attorney general about your company fraudulent practices You took money from ********* all different amounts on different days each month. I didnt realize what it was for and when I called in aug/sept I found that it was for a fee to be compliant in a service that I had never been informed of or told or contacted about I spoke with the compliance staff and the person showed I had never been informed or contacted I have been with your company for over 10 years and had contacted you support office and even then was never informed about this compliance fee I was being charged So obviously your company was doing it fraudulently since I was never informed to this fee

I cancelled my account with *** after 7 years in July 2024. Recently (Oct., 2024) I got more charges from them. I called and they never cancelled my account. Then when they did, they said I did not give 90 days notice from my start dayt (which was 7 years ago, but they renew it each year) and hit me with a $495 cancellation fee!!!! Do NOT use EVO Payments International. I believe they are deceptive in their practices and charge you for all sorts of misc. fee they do not tell you about.EVO Payments International, LLC Response

This company is horrible! I have been trying to cancel with them for 2 months and they keep charging me fees! We cancelled because their equipment is horrible and constantly having problems and then when you have a problem they just try to pass you back and forth to the ****EVO Payments International, LLC Response
