This medical continue to up charge my account with added charges. When I get a wellness check (which is covered by my insurance at a 100 percent) this medical group add others costs. I have discussed this matter with them three years in a row. They still come up with other charges. I explained to them I only want what is covered at a 100 percent by my insurance. Also I have spoken with my insurance company. They informed me that the medical group does not code all the services as wellness. This information was shared with the billing department. As of today, I have been able to get this resolved. I have not consented to these other charges. I only went for a wellness check which is covered at a 100 percent. I cant afford for them to keep running up my bill. I have already paid for legitimate bills. My account should be at a zero balance. Still, I keep getting statements from this medical group.
