****** and team did an outstanding Job in modernizing our 2 bathrooms (1 guest and 1 master). Additionally, they also converted a closet into a bathroom in our daughter's room, which came out outstanding. ******** team is highly specialized in tile work and is all about quality. They won't hesitate to redo the work if the client is not satisfied. The attention to detail, all-round excellence, and customer service are the top highlights of this company.

****** and his team did a complete flooring installation of our ****sq foot commercial space. He communicated expectations clearly and went over and beyond to fulfill these expectations and then some. The World Floors gave us outstanding customer service and quality of product. The floors are BEAUTIFUL.

My floors are a-mazing! ****** rescue a very bad tiling job and turned it around into a beautiful job! Very professional, excellent craftsmanship and very reasonable pricing. We had a great experience working with mr ******* He is very professional and detail oriented. He focus more in quality. He did 2 guest bathrooms, master bathroom, laundry floor and backsplash, sink room and backsplash. We are satisfied!

World of floors did several thousands of dollars of work in our home. They spent months in our home. They did a complete master bathroom makeover, our outdoor patio, and two childrens bathrooms. The Tile install in the master looks beautiful, however, now that we are using the shower water is leaking behind the glass tiles and all that tile will need to be redone. The caulk in our master shower celing is very sloppy with out clean lines. Whatever they used to clean the shower with dripped all over our hardware in the shower ruining the finish on it. They installed a new floor in our bathroom is well which again look beautiful. However , they did not properly clean it off and it is left with a grout haze across it as well as red chalk marks from the install. We have asked them to return to fix these issuues nd they origianally told us they would come out. They have now stopped responding to us. We have reached out through every platform possible. They have blocked us on social media. I believe they are capable of good work however they have taken our money and not completed the job or fixed their mistakes. We are honestly heartbroken as our dream bathroom has now turned into a nightmare. We thought they were honest kind people but now question that. We just want to understand why they won't get back to us. Its so so confusing and the worst way to do business. We had planned on them redoing our kitchen as well as refinishing our hardwood through the house.
