I bought a contract for cleaning with this company through financing, but the person who attended to me stopped doing it, due to a supposed personal problem, when I had already made some payments, then he showed up and someone else took over after complaining, then he showed up This person named ************************************** and he totally generated others different from the other person, there was even a discussion between them paying a total of 2700 dollars without any response or refund.

The company you are referring to in your complaint is using our company's name, Franchise Opportunities Network, illegally. We have no affiliation with the person that you entered into a contract with. This person you entered into a contract with has falsely used our company's name and logo. They have also done this before to scam people. When this has happened in the past, we have filed a report with our local police department and we suggest you do the same with your local police department. Please understand Franchise Opportunities Network, my company, is NOT a cleaning company and was not the company you entered into a contract with. ************************************** does not work for our company nor do we have any affiliation with him what so ever.

On Saturday, 10/29/2023, I received multiple texts from this company stating that I would be receiving communications from other companies regarding franchise opportunities. I never signed up for their services and was not given an opportunity to opt out. I am blocking and reporting many phone numbers as spam but I can't seem to keep up with all of it.I've called and left multiple voicemails with the Franchise Opportunities Network company and have received no communication from them. This is so bad that I'm considering changing my phone number, and since I use my phone for my several businesses, this is a costly and risky thing to do.Business response

Someone must have used your personal information (without your permission) and inquired to many different franchise opportunities on one of our websites. I will make sure your name and personal information is completely removed from all of our databases. Below is the data we will look for and remove in our database - let us know if there are other emails or phone numbers that *** have been used that we should also look for and remove from our database.
