For more than 3 months now, my house has had extreme disgusting emergency priority maintenance issues that continuously don't get resolved. My property management company for the home I reside/rent in is ****** ***************** ResiPro is the company orchestrating who comes out to my property to fix any/all maintenance issues. Every single maintenance issue that has been fixed in my unit by ResiPro contractors is still unfixed. if it was fixed, it broke again shortly after. For 3+ months now, I have live sewage in my basement. It smells HORRIBLE, can smell it through the vents up through to third floor, & have not been able to even use thermostat for central air in the unit all summer long. The broken pipe that caused this issue was fixed twice now, only for it to break again days later. Also been masses of mosquitos + flies in my unit due to the leak, described to me by a maintenance vendors as "your basement has everything in it that a sewage swamp would have in it". & this sewage issue is still going on 3+ months now. This issue would deem any home uninhabitable if township/borough were to find out. Among this issue, repairs in my bathroom were done terribly & hardware that was worked on looks worse than the state it was in when I originally moved in with it unbroken. New vendors keep getting sent out for the same issues, leaving all issues never being fixed fully. When they have sent someone out for an issue to be fixed, the issue would just be back again days later, often in a worse state than it originally was. I have been dealing with sewage backup coming up through my kitchen sink, my first floor carpet completely drenched + wet for weeks to no avail, one wall is completely moldy + water damaged (wall connected to the wet/water damaged carpet previously mentioned), bathroom fixtures being held up by trash to keep level to complete re-caulking that was needed to reconnect to sink to the wall, many more issues that I am not even mentioning due length.Business response

ResiPro has received and reviewed *************************** complaint to the Better Business Bureau. We value our customers, and as such, made it a priority to work directly with ****************** to resolve the matter.
We have received multiple maintenance requests for this address to unclog pipes in recent months. A technician went out again most recently on 8/25 and 8/26 to get the pipes clear. Each technician assigned to the individual maintenance requests has identified baby wipes and other items (picture proof available) as the primary cause of the clogs. Technicians have consistently advised the resident(s) to refrain from flushing anything other than tissue paper down the toilets to prevent further clogs, which would prevent further sewage backup.
As always, it is our hope to quickly reach a successful resolution of the complaint directly with the claimant and that this response shall close the matter with the Better Business Bureau.
