      I'm very upset with myself for not checking reviews on various platforms. Because after reading reviews about this hotel I NEVER would've used this hotel to celebrate my daughter's surprise birthday pampering party with family and friends. The kitchen was dirty with trash that the last thx olks left, no dish detergent, no glasses, only 4 knives, no working ice machine on our floor,no batteries in 3 of the 4 remotes, phone had a short, etc. Never did they say look us put you guys in a new room. Instead the 3 people came clean and bring missing supplies. The main guy came by to put in the batteries and change the phone cord. Of course we found out half of the electric outlets didn't work or have electric shortage. I hope they realize this could be a hazardous. I was VERY disappointed with hotel and I can't see me or family making a positive recommendation to anyone about this supposedly luxury hotel. But we can't expect things to the same but let the changes be positive.

      I was appalled at the way I was treated at this hotel on 2/19/2022 when I checked in. I was there because of a wedding I was attending in the area. Many of the guest, if not all was staying at this hotel. I don't know how others were treated, but my treatment was horrific. I am a travel agent, therefore know a few things about how the hotel industry works. I checked in using my credit card, but was told the charge did no go through. I was shocked because based on what I was told the amount I was charged was a lot more then what went thru on my card. Once, I asked the person at the desk how much was she charging me, I told her oh, that more then what I was originally told and asked her to put it on my debit card (something I normally never do, not a good practice to pay with debit vs. credit). After paying for my room I was told although there was availability my roommate and I still could not go to our hotel room. I asked why and was told because the other person's name that was on the room reservation was not there. I am now totally confused. I have been a travel agent and marketing rep for 14 long years and have checked in and out of many hotels in the ** and abroad, many times I have had team members who were my roommates to check in my room hours later then me, meaning I was always able to get into my room as long as the room is paid for. I tell the agent on the desk to please take my name off the reservation it was on, give me my own hotel room in my name only, because I just got off a flight, I'm tired and ready to rest. In I don't know what she did, but it appears I was sent to a room that was not my room and then had to wait for another person to get to the hotel, later that night and now put into another room. In the meantime, I check my bank account and see not only was I charged the extra amount for the hotel room, but also an additional separate amount in excess of $100 more dollars, that could not be explained by agent

      was staying at this hotel from December 24 to January 30 as an insurance claim guest. I also had a major surgery on December 28th. The front desk/valet service was excellent but the ** and accounting department was a horrible nightmare. They were pulling charges off my card every 3 days even though I was told by accounting that it happens once a week. I was threatened with eviction even though they had communication with my insurance company regarding mailing out a check to cover the cost. The ** didnt care stated I might run out on my ****. Mind u they have been recieving payments. The accounting department was overriding the front desk about arrangments I made with front desk managers. I made a one time payment of **** on Jan 25 off my debit card so my family would not be evicted which accounting ending up charging again for **** on Jan 27 without my consent. I froze my **************** card that was on file due to charges being posted on my card before my week was up. Multiple cars were burglarized and we had one day without running water for 14 hours (10am to 12am) due to a city problem. Guest were told there would be no compensation due to it being a city problem even though the hotel only provide housing (No showering, flushing toilets nor cooking). They was still charging full amount that day! The suite was okay but all the lights were not working (Above the stove and one of bathroom lights). Hotel restaurant was not open daily. So if you need to stay somewhere for a month this is not the place because even if you spend ******************************************************************************************** accounting department. I had high hopes about staying here but they charge you 5 star prices for a 2 star hotel.
