From the time I have moved to the apartment complex ****************** Apartments I have had numerous issues with USPS losing my packages. This not only happens to myself but also several other residents. When I ask the drivers and supervisors what is going on, I'm told "their is not enough overlay on the route" and "theft"What happens is we have luxer-one boxes for all residents, the usps driver uses this system, it locks the package in the box and send us a unique code to retrieve our package. I will see where the package says delivered yet no package was delivered and when I stop the driver to ask what happened im told "theft" previous to this I own a shop in front of my apartment complex. Same route, same drivers. The drivers for whatever reason couldnt locate my business postal box, so instead of doing their job, they leave the packages unsecure in front of my shop on the side walk for anyone to still in the ***************!! I have lost thousands of dollars in medical supplies and equipment. My fix for this issue was to have ALL packages delivered to my apartment, yet now they are stolen or disappear. I have all drivers cell phones #'s that is how bad this route is I was told to file a BBB complaint and maybe someone would help me and investigate this issue. I have spoken to *********************** from USPS ************ as well as entire email chains with ************************************** ***********************************, Special Agent Office of Inspector General--Investigations United States Postal Service770-225-3505. He is aware of this issue as well. Nobody has a solution for ALL of the missing packages. Nobody does anything to help us out and we continue to lose money while packages go missing, it is now to the point we are about to have to go out of business because we can not receive our medical supplies and products for our patients. I am begging someone to please launch an investigation into this route your own drivers on this route tell me this is the only way to get anyone to look
