Aug 2023 They made us agree on a campaign worth $1000/month because it is going to cover a large portion of Ottawa market. At that moment, we were striving to promote our business, so we agreed.After the fact we found that we have not gained any customers through the months. Monitored the calls and the clients we received, non were coming from Home Star. (((( they have one phone number ************** And ************ one man answers both. A Customer success relation is the person who normally deals with us. And his name is ***********************.))))We kept on calling, to explain the situation. There conversation was focused on that we have a contract we cannot break. And if we cancel this subscription, we will be fined 3 months penalty. Year ************************************* Jan 2024 called trying to find a solution. They repeated their conversation about the penalty. We requested to get some discount due to the fact that we do not get clients. They said that they will try to expand the area coverage. NO USE, STILL NO CLIENTS. In Feb they cut the cost from $1000 to $627/month. We kept on calling to find a resolution. Their solution was:UNETHICAL solution: they told us to take CLIENTS REVIEWS we get from ****** advertisement. OR, FROM PERSONAL JOBS THAT WE DID. AND POST IT IN HOME STAR AS IT IS A PROJECTS GAINED THROUGH THEM. WE REFUSED. UNFORTUANTELY, WE KEPT THE SERVICE DUE TO THE FEAR OF THE CONTRACT AND THE PENALTY. June 10th, I called. No answer, June 11th I called again and had a conversation with the same person. He said, since the contract is about to finish, he will ask his boss and come back to me immediately. HE NEVER DID. TODAY I FOUND THAT HE WAS STALLING FOR THE PAYMENT OF MONTH OF JUNE TO PASS. AND FOUND THAT I HAVE NO CONTRACT SIGNED AT MY SIDE OR EVEN IN AN EMAIL OR DOCUMENTS SENT. I FIND THAT EMBAZELING AND BIG SCAM COMPANY. AND WAS TRAPPED UNDER THEIR ENFLUENCE AND SEEK A FARE JUDGMENT AND REFUND OF THE MONEY I PAID THEM.Business response
