Horrible business all the way around! Was told I was going to get my bumpers and six weeks now three months later I just got them. When I was calling for updates, the person named ***** that I spoke to on the phone was absolutely horrible to work with and made me feel as if I had no business calling and bothering him with my questions. But when it came time for him to get the remainder of the payment, he did not hesitate to email me multiple times in a day and call my phone. I have been in business for 25 years as well and when I finally got the bumpers, I can assure you they were not in normal condition for the weather. And I sent him a message politely asking for half of the refund due to the fact that I would have to take them elsewhere and get them fixed. He has not responded telling me that I will not be getting a refund and that there is nothing more , he can do. Just like he told me there was nothing more he could do when he accidentally shipped the bumpers to ***** instead of *******! This is the worst company I have worked with in 25 years of business save your money and go somewhere else, because in the end, you will not be a satisfied customer .
