      I was inquiring about the product ingredients and what type of regimen for someone who does not wear their hair straightened or blow-dried. It has been almost a year that I have been requesting this information via social media, website, and even her lives. Seems to me that her customer service is not the priority on her list. Her marketing is truly impeccable, However, the rest is left wanting.

      If i could do 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 1/19 and not received it over a month later. Posts about the delayed are censored on their social media posts, emails are automated so you never receive a real response when inquiring about your order, advertising the next drop while people are still waiting on products is a horrible business practice. I wish i would have read the reviews here before placing an order.

      If I could give it zero stars I would. This company was not prepared for the growth. Meaning i have been waiting over a month for my items. I keep receiving false emails saying my order dad shipped but yet, only the label had been created. *** contacted them over five times and have yet to receive a confirmation FROM THEM that my order has indeed shipped out. Im very disappointed, as a small business owner myself I would never conduct business as such. I will be filing complaint with my bank

      Not that it matters, no one will read these reviews and try to correct their mistakes but for the sake of respect I needed to share my personal experience. This company is trash. I make it my business to support small black owned businesses. Our dollars staying within our community is important to me. I do not raise or lower my standard of respect and good business practices based on race. With that being said, she does trash business. My order was placed on January 20th, when I emailed them on the 31st to check the status I was told that they were taking **** days to process orders and a thank you for my patience. I followed up again on Feb. 7th and I was told that my order was processed and was being shipped that same day. On Feb 13th I checked my tracking and the order had not been sent. On the 14th I asked that my money be refunded. I was told it would take **** days to process my refund. No apology, no accountability for the delay, no respect. I am fully aware that she won't read this and change a single thing about the way she treats customers but as an act of self respect I needed to make sure my experience was noted.

      Products to my hair out. I emailed asking for the product's ingredients and never received an answer. **************** assured me it was the product used in my hair. I think I got an old batch because the smell was horrible. Even to be mayonnaise...

      Some of the best products Ive ever used. Also received great customer service. I choose to pick up my items and I was greater with a smile. I asked questions and was able to be educated on how to properly use them

      This is how I feel a copied and paste what I sent to the company. I received my package today, however I order three products and it was only one product inside the package. This is horrible customer services. At this point may you please send me a return label and I would also like to be fully refunded for the products and the expedited shipping in which I received the 1 of the three products almost two months later since order date. I have attached a picture of the package, receipt and the one item. I wish that communication on your company behalf would have been better and some type of compensation for my inconvenience would have been issued.

      I've been buying from this company for 2 years and this black Friday I decided to buy the sale. First off my order took entirely too long to ship. Secondly when it shipped it never arrived to my address. It said delivered and then did not actually deliver because I have concierge and they send me pictures for my records of ever delivery. I sent out an email in the beginning of the week and was told I need to contact **** to file a claim.... Ookk..... No biggie. When I send a follow up email for proof of insurance so I can file a claim because I can't file one without proof of insurance I get no response. Mind you shipping was not cheap so insurance should have been added.... I am extremely upset because I can't get a replacement from this fraud of a woman and there is no proof of insurance to file a claim!!!!! Running a business is not just about making money or being a millionaire as she claims on her social media handles. It's the customer service. That is how you continue a legacy of users and buyers. Not only that but during the pandemic I had a hair appointment with her and she said I was supposed to come every 6 weeks for trims. I tried to book an appointment but her books are ALWAYS closed a while year passed meaning I don't get the regular client prices I get the new client price again!!! and when they opened up their booking this woman doubled her prices??? How is a client supposed to get regular maintenance on hair if a trim and blow dry is 400 dollars..... The get rich schemes have to end. **************** is trash and so is access to her and frankly the business is too. Good luck getting a response from a text if you are running late or get lost for her appointment.
