June 20th 2022. I used the parking garage at ****************************** from 3:30 p.m. to 5:09 p.m., so my vehicle was parked for one hour and 39 minutes for which I was charged $20. The sign outside the parking garage stated $5 for the first 30 minutes and below that was some type of daily special of $7 to park between 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., I was there for 1 hour and 39 minutes and I was charged $20 which is clearly Incorrect and an outrageous amount to pay for that amount of time. I had no choice but to pay the amount so I could exit the parking garage because there was no tenant at the booth to dispute being overcharged. The booth was empty and already locked up for the day. According to the sign that was outside on the sidewalk, it was my understanding that I would be charged $7 but with the automated gate system it charged me $20. I tried calling ************ to talk to somebody about this issue but all I got was a recording asking for a mailbox number so I was unable to contact anybody. I also called ************ and they said they didn't handle this particular parking garage and gave me first number above which didn't help me at all.Can you please correct this issue for me and adjust the pricing to $7 as was stated on the sidewalk sign at the time that I entered the parking garage? I have also included two attachments that show the front and the back of the ticket receipt so that you can look up that transaction according to the receipt number on the receipt ticket.$20 parking fee for 1 hour and ******************************************************************************************************************** take care of this and charge me the correct amount which is $7 according to the sidewalk pricing sign when I entered the parking garage.My desired outcome is to receive a $13.00 refund to my credit card account.
