1. First Transaction date: early May (10th?), 2022. The final transaction date: July 15th, 2022. Total: $45,000. Product was 25 solar panels, batteries, an inverter, installation and workmanship guarantee for 10 years. The commitment, after a verbal agreement in ****** was to have solar panels installed by June 15th, 2022. 2. The first date we had fully functioning solar panels was December ~12, 2022. I qualify the word fully because the panels never got close to the expected production level, even when adjusting for weather and other factors. Partial completion date was September 29, as in the first date we had any solar panel functioning. The systems readings immediately indicated that at least half of the panels were down, but the company refused to react to this until December.During that time, communication with them was grueling (see their ****** review for more details).3. Their delay in installing the solar panels by June 17th, 2022, caused ** to lose our locked interested rate on our new homes mortgage. Despite so many prior assurances from their representative and Business Director, ************************ that the timeline they had committed to was feasible.4. The solar panel system installation is not *** compliant. They ignored this. I messaged their ********** ********** their engineer, ************************** and their director, ***********************. I texted, called, and emailed. Despite the *** materials I shared with him, ********* did not understand why our system was not *** compliant, or how to fix it. He committed to send a team out in Jan 2022 and never followed up.5. All panels experienced a ground fault about two weeks ago. This means a wiring error. Their team doesnt reply to any of my communications. The interest rate cost us an extra $900 a month on interest. The panels produce zero. I want them to fix the system, make it *** compliant, and provide compensation for all my time, effort, and forgone solar production due to their slow reaction times.Initial Complaint

Had Solar Plus out to install a solar system on our home. *** had a new team from out of state do the install. The team took months longer than estimated to complete, and we have had multiple leaks in our roof since. I reached out to have the issue resolved. *** **** someone out to fix the holes, but some holes must have been missed. I replied to our original email chain with pictures to inform them of the issue. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I just want our roof fixed completely. This is ridiculous. Be aware of the quality of the teams he uses.Business response
