I scheduled Mr. ********************** Atlanta to install a new TV in my home (living room above fireplace). The installation tech walked off the job after drilling giant holes in my fireplace mantle and wall. I contacted Mr. ********************** Atlanta about this. They offered to have a technician come to my house to repair the damage. They requested that I pay a $75 refundable deposit to "ensure I would be home/present for the appointment." Per their request, I paid this $75 deposit via Venmo to @mrmountatl. The appointment to repair the damage was scheduled for the following day (6/7/22) between 10 am - noon, but no one showed up. I contacted the company again to ask why no one came as scheduled and to request a refund of my $75 deposit. I left two voicemails. The third time I called them, I found that they had blocked by number. I attempted to call again this morning from my office phone line. The Mr. ********************** Atlanta owner answered the phone but when I told him who I was and requested a refund of my deposit he hung up on me. I tried to call back but he had blocked my office number.
