      Bought 20** *******, **/23, 3 months after, Starter replaced, 8 months after Rotors replaced, car currently has Shortage in Headlights. Check engine light appeared Fri 11/22/24, Repair Shop diagnosed "misfire", replaced Spark plugs, stated "looked like original"(Mitsubishi checklist states one item on their inspection before resale,"regularly scheduled service brought to current standards", on a 3 yr OLD car, would expect that include spark plugs) Got car back less than 24 hrs, check engine light on again. Posted negative review on ******, response was, please contact us to see if we can possibly resolve issue. I live 35 minutes from the dealership, almost AS SOON AS I got there, they stated "you bought the car as is, let us put you in a new car", which they could have just done that on the phone. This is not a way to run a business.

      I purchased my 20** Nissan ******, on *** **, ** at approximately *:****. And picked it up on the next day ******** **,**. I started having problems with the car after 2 days. I took it back. Service looked at it. And it needed an alignment and tires. One of the managers told me that they do not do alignments at the dealership but he would replace 2 tires. When I got there he only replaced the two back tires. Next couple of days lights comes on dash board. Dash board went blank. Electrical failure. Then car shuts off in road while driving. Car very hard to pull. Pulls very slowly. Called back to the dealership they told me to bring it in on ***** **. Took the car to service they gave me a print out of everything wrong with car. Service said that the car sat down for about 2 days before they actually got it to the dealership due to the car breaking down before putting it up for sale because it wasn't running or fixed.They were aware of the problems the car had. He stated car shouldn't have been up for sale with all of the problems. Manager asked service what do you think we should do. Service said give her another car because it would cost too much to fix. Manager told me that he would get me another car had me to look at the cars they had on the lot that same day. and that i didn't need a down payment or anything. Manager just kept saying hes going to help me.So the next day the I arrive thinking I'm going to get a car.
      Salesman asked If I could put down a down payment. I didn't have any money to put down. I had put down ****k down payment on this car. I am a single mother of *** children and I work. So I didn't have any money to put down. He also asked me if I had a cosigner. I told him no. He and that he told me I didn't need either one of those, a down payment or cosigner. Manager said that I bought the car as is. But I had been bringing car back since about day 2 or 3. Manager said that they could put me in a car equal or less value.

      I purchase a **** Mitsubishi ****** in May of **** my car was totaled out August **, **** due to no fault of mine. have not received a warranty refund yet The Gap insurance can't get a response from anyone They only want to refund *** dollars and the refund amount should be more can't get a clearance letter. It will be a year in August this need to be cleared up Credit have went down because of this Frustrated .hit while sitting in my car at the red light. Help me please

      Bad BUSINESS NEVER AGAIN SALES AGENT GWIUNETTE AND RICHARD B***** ARE TERRIBLE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL THEY LET ME DRIVE OFF IN A 2015 FORD ****** ONLY TO NOT GIVE ME THE INFO TO VERIFY MY LOAN SO IN ADDITION TO NOT VERIFYING I LOST MY LOAN THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO NOT CALL ME THEY JUST POPPED UP AT MY HOUSE TO EMBARRASS ME WITHOUT A CALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL N I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
      AND THE MANGER RICHARD WAS VERY NASTY ABOUT IT! He did not care that his sales agent was unprofessional! This was in DECEMBER 2021 my car got took Jan 7 2022

      ** ***** unfortunately couldn't get approved/funded with the finance source that gave initial approval. Numerous of calls and attempts were made to have her bring the car back but stipulations with the finance source were never able to be approved or completed in order for the customer to retain the vehicle. We acted on our bailment agreement that every customer signs. That allowed us to retrieve the car ourselves since we couldn't get a response on communication with ** *****. The cosigner on the deal authorized us to pick up the car as well because he couldn't get the car back to us.
